Leadership Transition Announced at Ungapped

Ungapped, Sweden’s leading digital communication platform for communicators in the public sector, universities, member organizations, and the construction industry, announces a significant leadership transition. After 19 years as founder and CEO, Oscar Uribe is stepping down and handing over the reins to Kim Schiöld on the 19^th of January 2026.

Ungapped was acquired in 2020 by Liana Technologies, which is owned by Ilkka – a Finnish publicly listed company in SaaS and media. Under Oscar’s leadership, Ungapped has established itself as a key player for organizations seeking effective and engaging digital communication solutions.

Kim Schiöld brings extensive experience as former CEO of Priceindx and Qualifier.ai, with a strong track record of scaling SaaS companies internationally and leading growth journeys similar to the phase Ungapped is now entering.
